Buseoksa Temple
This prestigious temple, built in 676 by the great monk Uisang, includes Muryang-sujeon Worship Hall, one of the nation's oldest wooden buildings. Here, Uisang taught the Avatamsaka Sutra, one of the Buddhist holy books. It also has lots of national treasures and artifacts.

Sosu-seowon Confucian Academy
Nestled in a forest of pine trees near the Jukgye-cheon Stream, the Sosu-seowon Confucian Academy was built to pay tribute to Hoeheon An Hyang, a famous scholar during the Joseon Dynasty. Sosu-seowon Confucian Academy was the first Confucian Academy in the nation, and it was also the first occasion of the king granting a tablet inscribed with its name.  


Hahoe Folk Village
This village is occupied by the Pungsan Ryu Clan. Ryu Seongyong, a great scholar, was from this village. Yangjin-dang, a head house of Pungsan Ryu Clan, and Chunghyo-dang, the birth place of Ryu Seongyong, are remained.

Pungsan Hanji Korean Paper Factory
Hanji, a traditional Korean paper, can be experienced. A whole process of making paper can be watched, and various programs using Hanji Korean paper are available for the visitors.
