by
the
UNESCO,

kept

it.

Daegaya
King
Tomb
Exhibition
Hall
This
hall
was
reproduced
after
the
interior
of
Tomb
44
in
Jisan-dong
Tomb
Park.
It
shows
the
power
structure
of
the
Daegaya
Kingdom,
Sunjang,
a
burial
system
of
the
living
with
the
dead,
and
characteristics
of
ancestral
rites
held
before
the
grave.

Around
Mt.
Jusan
surrounding
Goryeong-eup
there
are
dozens
of ancient
tombs
following
the
southern
ridgeline.
The
top
of the
mountain
is packed
with
large
tombs
with
over
20m
in diameter,
which
presents
a magnificent
spectacle.
Gayayo
Gaya
Earthen
wares,
which
were
used
in Daegaya
1500
years
ago,
are
reproduced.
The
whole
process
of making
traditional
pottery
can
be watched.
You
can
even
join
the
manufacturing
process.
